Prismatic Jelly is an ultra-rare material found in pretty rare enemies.

Where is it?

Prismatic Jelly can be farmed off of Prismatic Slimes in the normal mines. Head to the mines and drop to around floor 95-115. If you see a Jelly that is changing colors constantly (but slowly) and moving relatively fast, you’ve found yourself a Prismatic Slime.

If you’re having trouble locating it, zoom all the way out. As is standard for a rapidly-changing creature, the Prismatic Slime is incredibly easy to notice. So, even though it’s rare, you’ll notice it when it spawns on the map.

Prismatic Jelly seems to drop out of the Prismatic Slime with 100% consistency. The hard part is just finding the little guy!

Uses

Right now, the Prismatic Slime seems to just be here to satisfy the Wizard’s quest. All you get are the rewards from the Special Order Board. Admittedly, the Wizard does give you a ton for completing his tasks; the Wizard gives you 5,000g and your option of a mini-obelisk or monster musk recipes. That means you might want to try and do this twice, if you can notice it in time!

This is a legitimately fine farm, but remember that the Wizard only gives you 7 days to grind it out. Make sure you have access to floor 115 so you can move between floors and reset the dungeon quickly. It’ll be hard to get this done if you haven’t quite explored the entire mines yet!
