Red Dead Redemption 2 Who is Not Without Sin Walkthrough
The Red Dead Redemption 2 Who is Not Without Sin mission begins when you enter the backroom at Flatneck Station in New Hanover. In the back room, you’ll find Reverend Swanson drunk as a skunk. He’s in the midst of a poker game with some shady characters. After some drunken ranting, the good reverend passes out on the floor. With the Reverend out of the game, the men offer you his spot at the table. The reverend will eventually crawl out of the room on all fours as you take his seat.
Play a Hand of Poker
You can play as much or as little poker as you like, but you will only need to complete one hand befoer you can advance the story. When that is possible, you will see in the top left corner of your screen that you leave the game with the press of a button. For a gold star, you will need to win two hands. When you finish your game you tell the reverend it’s time to leave. That’s when you notice he’s wandered off. Excuse yourself from the poker game and head outside. Take a right and you’ll run into two men who will point you in the direction the reverend walked off towards. Head that direction and down the hill. You will hear shouting, and before long you’ll see the reverend wrestling with a much larger man.
Rescue the Reverend
The next step in Red Dead Redemption 2 Who is Not Without Sin is to bail out the reverend. His fight with the much larger man is not going well. The big guy tells you to stay out of it, which doesn’t really sound like something you’d do. It’s time to whip this guy.
After you knock the guy out, all you have to do is grab the reverend and…. wait, where did the reverend go? That’s right, he’s wandered off again. But before you can worry about that, you will need to deal with the witness that watched you smash that guy. The witness takes off running, promising to call the law on you.
Deal with the Witness
You’ll have to chase the witness down. He will head down the path and towards the bridge, but you can catch him if you boost your stamina as you run. When you catch him, he will promise not to mention the fight to anyone if you threaten him. In the alternative, if you don’t feel like running you can just shoot the guy. As long as there aren’t other witnesses around you’ll get away with blasting him. With that handled, it’s time to find the reverend. In the distance, you can see the reverend walking along the tracks of the elevated train bridge.
Rescue the Reverend, Again
When you get to the train bridge, you will notice the reverend has gotten his leg stuck in the tracks. And of course, as soon as you reach him you’ll notice the train barreling down on you. You will get some on screen prompts to help him get his leg out. Hit those button combinations you and you will free the reverend just in time to get to safety. after a cut scene where the hammered reverend realizes he’s been a pain in the ass, you will need to get him back to camp. Throw him on the back of your horse and head home. You’ll score a gold medal if you make it there in under two minutes and 15 seconds. Once you deposit the reverend back at camp, the mission will be over.
