Just Cause 4 The Illapa Project Walkthrough
This mission becomes available when you receive a phone call from Sargento. Your contact Izzy has a target, but she needs your help. You’ll need to head to Quya to meet Izzy on a rooftop to get started.
Once there, Izzy will ask for a lift. You’ll need to call in a supply drop for a civilian helicopter to continue. Not sure how to do a supply drop? See our supply drop guide here. Once you obtain your helicopter, hop in and fly Izzy to Vigia Qhapaq.

When you arrive, land the helicopter on the helipad. It’s time to talk to Mira, so head up to the control tower to meet her. When you arrive, you’ll go to a cut scene where Mira and Izzy run through their plan to take down the defenses for Illapa. In the end, you will have three facilities you will need to take out in order to weaken the defenses at Illapa. We won’t spoil it here, but the story starts developing quickly here. Complete the cut scene and you will also complete the Just Cause 4 Illapa Project mission.
