The frying pan is useful because it does decent damage, and it can be swung quickly. If you haven’t tried it yet, definitely wade through your next battle royale with one of these bad boys. But how do you equip the frying pan?
How to Equip the Frying Pan in Mordhau
It is not as simple to equip the frying pan compared to the other weapons available in Mordhau. With most weapons, you simply find one and equip it. That’s not the case with this bit of cookware. To equip the frying pan, you’ll need the Peasant perk. This perk removes your armor leaving you clothed only from the waist down. It also greatly reduces the number of weapons you have available.
Once you equip the perk, you will have a few weapons peasants would have access to during the time period. While most are trash, the frying pan is actually pretty great.
The frying pan only takes up two gear points as well. This means you can carry up to three of them easily, letting you hold on to one for a melee weapon and using the others to throw at unsuspecting enemies. When you’ve got three frying pans, losing one because you threw it at a baddie and missed isn’t a major deal.
