Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is the newest release from developer Owlcat Games. There are tons of situations that you’ll find yourself in as you progress through the game. Be it a tough battle with a fearsome foe, or treasure locked behind a devious puzzle. There are loads of secrets that are waiting to be discovered though it isn’t always easy to access them. In this guide, we’ll be showing you how to unlock the doors that can be found in Blackwater.
Finding the Locked Doors
Blackwater is a location that can be found in the western region of the Worldwound and northwest of the Ivory Sanctum. Be careful when approaching this location, however, since as soon you enter it you’ll be locked in. In order to immediately leave the area, you’ll need to pass a high check roll on the magic device that’s keeping you in Blackwater. You should also be careful of the enemies that can be found here. Almost all of them have Regeneration and can be tricky to defeat if you’re unprepared.
Most of the locked doors that can be found here can be bypassed with keys, lockpicks or by using the Dimension Door spell. But there are two particular doors which can only be opened by solving a short puzzle. Eventually when progressing through the area, you should come across a door with a PC to the right of it. This is where we’ll need to solve the first puzzle. The PC will show you various keys with different shapes, and you’ll need to choose them in the right order to proceed. The other puzzle can be found further into the area and this PC will show you three symbols, a hand, wind and fire.
Solving the PC Puzzle
The solution to the first PC is easy enough, simply input the following keys to progress: Triangle, Rhombus, and Circle with a dot. This will open the first gate that you’ll come across.
The solution to the other door is also pretty easy as well. Simply press the hand symbol and then the wind symbol. You don’t want to touch the fire symbol as it will destroy everything. Be sure to carry some lockpicks to unlock the chests that are behind this door!
