After years of anticipation, Borderlands 3 has finally arrived. Are you hyped? Yea! Do you want to see this intro video over and over? not really. Good thing Nerds and Scoundrels has the hook up for you.
Borderlands 3 Skip Intro
We know you’ve had that blood lust since Borderlands 2. There are like a billion guns in this game, and you just want to get your hands on one. Before you can, you’ve got to get past this intro video.
Don’t get me wrong, the intro is cool. It is also long, which is probably a positive for many players. But Borderlands 3 is absolutely packed with content. From weapons and everything in between, it seems silly to spend so much time on an intro.
So can you skip the intro? Depends on your console
Skipping the Borderland 3 Intro on PC
Good news PC players: you can skip the intro to Borderlands 3. It is a little complicated, though. You must go into the game file, following the path below:
\Borderlands3\OakGame\Content\Movies
You should create a backup copy of this folder just in case, then remove the following files:
- AMDLOGO.mp4
- GBXLOGO.mp4
- 2KLOGO.mp4
That’s it! You’re ready to skip that intro movie.
Skipping the Borderland 3 Intro on PS4 / XB1
Unfortunately, Playstation 4 and Xbox 1 players cannot skip the Borderlands 3 Intro. Sorry guys. At least the intro is good!
